An embodiment of the present invention provides a VR content authoring apparatus. The VR content authoring apparatus includes: a user control part for controlling and reflecting the input and output of a user; an authoring control part for displaying the result of authored VR content according to the input/output of the user using 3D model data and program; a VR device adaptation part for providing a uniform input/output to various VR devices having different input/outputs; and a program authoring part for generating an executable file corresponding to a specific VR device by using integrated VR content created in a VR content development language corresponding to the 3D model authored by the authoring control part. It is possible to more easily control the VR devices.
