The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of wet noodles containing Omphalius rusticus powder, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of wet noodles containing Omphalius rusticus powder which comprises the following: an Omphalius rusticus pretreatment step of removing shells and foreign materials from Omphalius rusticus, and drying the same; an Omphalius rusticus pulverizing step of pulverizing the Omphalius rusticus pretreated through the Omphalius rusticus pretreatment step; a dough manufacturing step of mixing Omphalius rusticus powder obtained through the Omphalius rusticus pulverizing step with dough ingredients, and kneading the same; an aging step of aging the dough obtained through the dough manufacturing step; and a molding step of molding the dough aged through the aging step into the shape of noodles. The wet noodles manufactured through abovementioned steps are applied to dishes such as noodle soup, knife-cut noodle soup, etc. and contain Omphalius rusticus powder to have abundant amount of nutrients and show excellent pharmacological efficacy, flavor, taste, and texture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
