According to the present invention, disclosed is a mobile body composition measuring device capable of measuring the body impedance in various measurement postures. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile body composition measuring device comprises: a body unit; a first electrode unit provided on one surface of the body unit; and a second electrode unit provided on the other surface of the body unit. A body composition of an object is measured by pressurizing the body unit to tightly attach the first electrode unit to one side of the object as well as tightly attaching the other side of the object to the second electrode unit.
