The present invention provides nanocrystalline high entropy alloy having a homogeneous microstructure and low probability of occurrence of an undesired intermetallic compound, thereby remarkably improving mechanical properties such as nonrigidity, abrasion resistance, deformation resistance at a high temperature, and a manufacturing method thereof. Further, the present invention provides the nanocrystalline high entropy alloy which is excellent in environment resistance and structural stability against extreme environments such as corrosion and radioactivity and can be utilized in various fields such as automobile/electronics/energy, and the manufacturing method thereof.
