The present invention provides a device and a method, which can continuously measure airborne microbes in real time, can predict a concentration trend of the airborne microbes according to a time and can selectively sort and measure virus, bacteria and fungi of different size ranges floating in air. The continuous type real time airborne microbe measuring device comprises: a reactor having a reaction space; an air supply part including a tube inserted inside the reactor so as to spray the air from the inside the reactor; a liquid supply part for supplying a liquid including an ATP extraction solution and a fluorescence reaction solution to the inside of the reactor; a vibration unit having a probe inserted inside the reactor so as to be separate from the tube at a predetermined interval and face the tube; and an optical measuring part for measuring a concentration of the airborne microbes from the solution reacted inside the reactor. The vibration unit is arranged to increase or reduce a bubble size of the air sprayed into the liquid.
