The present invention relates to a drug-saving unit and a drug injection device to which the drug-saving unit is applied. The drug-saving unit includes: an insertion portion coupled to an inside of a coupling portion provided at a tip end of syringe of the drug injection unit; and a head portion formed at a distal end of the insertion portion and coupled with a syringe needle. The drug-saving unit is coupled to an inner space of the coupling portion of the syringe or the inner space of the syringe to remove a space where the drug may remain at the time of drug injection.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
