The present invention relates to a heat emitting body band manufactured by using integrated tourmaline balls, a heat emitting undershirt, a heat emitting pad manufactured by using a Spandex fabric having separable tourmaline balls, and a fixing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat emitting body band manufactured by using the Spandex fabric having integrated tourmaline balls is for removing the lime in the body making joint movement difficult and removing blood clots interfering with smooth blood flow and treating the same. The tourmaline balls installed on the fabric can be firmly adhered to the skin, thereby maximizing the tourmaline balls.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
