The present invention relates to a cyber-battle simulation technique, and more specifically relates to an active control method for reinforcing attacking and defensing abilities of a cyber-ranger. According to the present invention, in a cyber-battle training simulation environment of a cyber-battle composed of a red team (attack), a blue team (defense), and a white team (management), the present invention is an active control which is able to compose an actual-battle cyber environment changing in real-time other than a mission of passive control of a conventional white team for reinforcing the attacking and defensing abilities of human resources of a cyber-troop such that new and various learning and knowledge applicable in a real cyber-battle can be accumulated.
