The present invention relates to a soil composition, a soil conditioner, and an organic fertilizer using biochar and microorganisms and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, a first embodiment of the present invention provides the soil composition using biochar and microorganisms, which includes: a 1-30 wt% of biochar; 1-50 wt% of peat-moss; 1-60 wt% of coco peat; 1-20 wt% of natural minerals; 1-10 wt% of vermiculite; and 1-20 wt% of perlite. Thus, according to the present invention, the soil composition is able to be used as a soil conditioner, an organic fertilizer, and the like.
