The present invention relates to a method for improving taste of milk using hydrogen, and milk and a milk beverage prepared by using the same. According to the present invention, by improving the taste of milk using hydrogen, it is possible to eliminate off flavor, unpleasant smell, malodor, and specific smell of milk while improving savory taste, aroma, and delicious flavor of milk, thereby enabling production of high quality milk by stimulating taste of consumers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
