The present invention relates to an aerogel catalytic material for electrochemical treatment of organic materials, and a manufacturing method of an electrode using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides the aerogel catalytic material for electrochemical treatment of organic materials, the aerogel catalytic material comprising: a reduced graphene oxide; a conductive polymer; and metal nanoparticles. The aerogel catalytic material according to the present invention removes a disadvantage that another environmental contaminants are caused when a used reagent remains, and can effectively remove non-degradable organic matrixes which are hardly removed by biological treatment by enabling a modified electrode to decompose the organic materials by using the aerogel catalytic material for electrochemical treatment of the organic materials of the present invention instead of a Fenton method and an electro-Fenton method that have conventionally been used. Further, the aerogel catalytic material according to the present invention has effects that the aerogel catalytic material not only can effectively decompose the non-degradable organic matrixes that lower analysis accuracy of the heavy metals due to emission of molecules during the analysis process of heavy metals, but also can selectively separate metal ions that exhibit spectroscopic interrupting actions during the analysis process of the heavy metals.
