The present invention relates to a VOCs concentration module of a volatile organic compound treatment system having a filter arrangement device. According to the present invention, the VOCs concentration module is installed in a facility of discharging a large amount of volatile organic compounds, such as a painting facility in a shipyard. The VOCs concentration module provides a holder for holding an individual VOCs concentration module for processing the volatile organic compounds in respective layers to put in or out multiple VOC concentration modules and to process a large amount of volatile organic compounds while ensuring the process continuity. Specifically, the VOCs concentration module of the present invention can evenly absorb the volatile organic compounds from all cartridge units in the individual VOCs concentration module. The VOCs concentration module of the present invention also can allow the volatile organic compounds to be evenly absorbed in all surfaces of a filter fiber surrounding an individual cartridge unit to improve overall absorption performance of the VOCs concentration module. Further, the VOCs concentration module of the present invention can arrange a reproductive lifespan of the cartridge units in the module, thereby enhancing the operation efficiency of the system.
