The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Rheum undulatum L. extract or a fraction thereof as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention has the effect of inhibiting leucine dehydrogenase, inhibiting formation of isobaric acid and removes formed isobaric acid. Also, the composition has an antibacterial effect against skin flora and is effective in removing ammonia. Accordingly, the composition can be used for various purposes including a prevention or removal purpose of body odors, an antibacterial purpose against skin flora and a removal purpose of ammonia.
