Disclosed is an emergency control device capable of safely operating a drone even in the case of malfunction of a main flight control computer. According to the present invention, the emergency control device comprises: an input unit (230) to receive a remote control signal transmitted from a communication module and a main operation control signal (ESC1) outputted from the main flight control computer; a switching unit (240) to output only one between the main operation control signal (ESC1) and an emergency operation control signal (ESC2); an emergency attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) module (250) to estimate the attitude of a drone; and an emergency control device corresponding to (210) using interconnectivity among the remote control signal, the main operation control signal (ESC1), and pieces of data to estimate the attitude of the drone acquired by the emergency AHRS module to determine whether or not the main flight control computer is malfunctioning, using the remote control signal and the data to estimate the attitude of the drone acquired by the emergency AHRS module to generate the emergency operation cross section (ESC2) when the main flight control computer is determined to be malfunctioning, and switching over the switching unit to allow the switching unit to output the emergency operation control signal (ESC2).
