The present invention provides a method and a device for reliability-based distribution synchronization, which can obtain synchronization between terminals even when a malfunctioning terminal exists by utilizing a reliability-based adaptive consensus algorithm in a distributed network with the malfunctioning terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for reliability-based distribution synchronization in a distributed network comprises the following steps of: evaluating reliability with respect to at least one neighboring terminal; determining a weight of a predetermined response function based on the evaluated reliability; and obtaining the synchronization based on the response function having the determined weight.
