The present invention relates to an eco-friendly anti-fouling coating composition, a production method thereof, and an eco-friendly anti-fouling coating film containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly anti-fouling coating composition consisting of: a linseed epoxy resin composed of epoxy-modified fatty acid ester, a photoinitiator, a curing agent, a catalyst, and a filler; and biocide containing ivermectin and medetomidine. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, and an eco-friendly anti-fouling coating film containing the same.
