The present invention relates to a ground penetrating radar survey vehicle which is able to survey a road or a sidewalk which has a possibility of occurrence of a sink hole so as to prevent loss of life and properties caused by a surface ground fall or the sink hole in advance that frequently occurs in recent times. The ground penetrating radar survey vehicle surveys hidden cavities under the road while the cavity survey vehicle is driving on the road. The vehicle is configured such that cameras photographing the condition of the road are provided respectively at the front and rear lower portions of the cavity survey vehicle, and an information processing and displaying unit, a front information collection unit, and a rear information collection unit are sequentially provided at the rear of a driver seat, wherein information is generated according to the survey of the hidden cavities under the road, and thus collecting, processing, and displaying of the survey information on the hidden cavities is performed overall in the cavity survey vehicle.
