The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing eco grating and eco grating manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing eco grating comprises: a punching step (S100) forming a plurality of holes (200) in a plate (100) according to a predetermined shape and a predetermined arrangement; a burring step (S200) forming coupling projections (310) by burring coupling holes (210) among the holes (200) and non-slip projections (320) by burring non-slip holes (220) among the holes (200); a cutting step (S300) forming cutting holes (240) among the holes (200) and pressing holes (250) through which the cutting holes (240) are connected to each other; a pressing step (S400) inserting a pressing punch into the pressing holes (250) to extend the pressing holes (250) so as to form a first flange (260) bent downward; and a forming step (S500) bending both sides of the plate (100) to form a second flange (120) and a rib (130). According to the present invention, a welding process is omitted, such that carbon dioxide emissions can be minimized.
