The present invention relates to an intelligent control unit for crime/disaster prevention and a crime/disaster prevention system using the same. According to the present invention, the intelligent control unit for crime/disaster prevention includes: a wired communication unit which is connected to the information collection means of a distribution panel board device, a camera device, a weather observation device, a fire detecting device, and an occupancy sensing device in a wired manner; a control unit which determines abnormal information of the information collection means connected to the wired communication unit; an alarm unit which generates an alert according to the abnormal information determined by the control unit; a power supply unit which supplies the power; and an image unit which displays and controls the information collected by the information collection means connected to the wired communication unit through a screen. Accordingly, the intelligent control unit for crime/disaster prevention of the present invention can display the information of the connected information collection means without any control device and, when the abnormal information is transmitted from the connected information collection means, generates an alert according to the abnormal information so the information on a crime or a disaster can be determined quickly. The crime/disaster prevention system of the present invention can achieve the same effect by utilizing the intelligent control unit for crime/disaster prevention.
