The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a mushroom farm based on IoT and big data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for managing the mushroom farm based on the IoT and the big data comprises: an operation managing server (200); a terminal (100); a joint production facility managing computer (300); two or more agricultural product processing machines (400); and a terminal (500) for operating the agricultural product processing machines. The system and the method for managing the mushroom farm based on the IoT and the big data of the present invention can improve health of a family.
