A catalyst suitable for the production of aviation kerosene from biomass Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The weight percentages of various components in the catalyst are 20-50% amorphous aluminum-silicon, 5-20% aluminum oxide binder, 20-60% ZSM-22 molecular sieve modified with hydrothermal treatment, 0.5-5% nickel oxide, and molybdenum oxide 5-15%. First, H-ZSM-22 molecular sieve was obtained by carrying out NH4 + exchange treatment on K-ZSM-22 molecular sieve, and hydrothermal treatment was performed to obtain modified H-ZSM-22 molecular sieve And then mixed uniformly with the amorphous aluminum-silicon. Then, an aluminum oxide binder and a sesambana powder were added, mixed and kneaded, pulverized by clusters, formed by band extrusion, dried and roasted, Finally, the active metals Ni and Mo are loaded. The catalysts obtained from the present invention have high activity and high selectivity, increase the degree of isomerization of long-chain alkanes, lower the freezing point of a part of air kerosene, and improve the yield of air kerosene.
