The present invention relates to a vehicle information recognizing method based on an attachment type parking managing module and a parking managing device using the attachment type parking managing module. The vehicle information recognizing method based on the attachment type parking managing module comprises the following steps of: enabling a legacy parking managing device to recognize a vehicle number of an entering or exiting vehicle wherein the attachment type parking managing module is attached to the legacy parking managing device; and enabling the legacy parking managing device to determine whether to open a circuit breaker based on the vehicle number wherein the attachment type parking managing module is attached to the legacy parking managing device. The legacy parking managing device determines whether to open the circuit breaker based on RFID or a remote controller. The attachment type parking managing module can include a vehicle number recognizing unit and a legacy parking managing device associating unit for association with the legacy parking managing device.
