According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for operating an outline analysis server communicating data with a temperature outline sensing device comprises the steps of: receiving initial status of basic temperature outline data in a privacy protection space region from the temperature outline sensing device; receiving sensing temperature outline data in the privacy protection space region from the temperature outline sensing device; generating difference temperature outline data including outline information and temperature of a target object by comparing the basic temperature outline data with the sensing temperature outline data; analyzing a behavior the target object based on the difference temperature outline data; and notifying an abnormal behavior of the target object sensed based on an analysis result to the outside.
