The present invention relates to a device for stabilizing a leuco solution for vat dyeing liquid, and a method for measuring a concentration of vat dyeing liquid in real time by using the same. In particular, while maintaining a water-solubilized state of a leuco solution which is formed by adding fixed amounts of vat dyeing liquid, sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium hydrosulfite (Na_2S_2O_4), and N,N-dimethylmethanamide (DMF), and controlling temperature and agitation time, the present invention measures a concentration of vat dyeing liquid by measuring a spectrum of the leuco solution. The present invention controls a reduction speed of an unstable leuco solution in which oxidation and reduction are taking place simultaneously, by using the device for stabilizing a leuco solution; and by using such a device, can measure an accurate concentration of the vat dyeing liquid in real time.
