Surgical instruments used in SMILE surgery

The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for eyesight correction surgery. During a cornea section procedure using a laser beam radiated to the inside of corneal parenchyma, the surgical instrument is capable of removing a tissue bridge between the cornea section and the corneal parenchyma while penetrating the flap surface, which is an upper separation surface between the cornea section and corneal parenchyma, and a lenticular surface, which is a lower separation surface between the cornea section and corneal parenchyma, through a cut part formed on the surface of the cornea. The present invention includes: a grip; a cut part insertion pin extended from a side of the grip, tapered toward the front end, and having the front end partially bent to a certain side; a cornea section separating pin extended from the other side of the grip, tapered toward the front end, and having the front end forming a slanted part while forming a horizontal part; and a separation blade protruding from a side of the horizontal part formed in the cornea section separating pin, and getting thinner while going to the end.
