A device for reducing noise of a core structure for a transformer is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the device for reducing noise of a core structure for a transformer can be provided by connecting iron cores including a plurality of iron plates stacked in a step-lap scheme. The device for reducing noise of a core structure for a transformer includes: a first body portion which is coupled to a vertical surface of an edge portion to which a plurality of iron cores are connected; a first inserting portion protruding in a longitudinal direction of the first body portion and inserted into a first space portion provided on a horizontal surface of the edge portion; a second body portion cross-connected to the first body portion and coupled to the horizontal surface of the edge portion; and a second inserting portion protruding in a longitudinal direction of the second body portion and inserted into a second space portion provided on a vertical surface of the edge portion.
