The present invention relates to a metalizing method capable of improving the resistance characteristic of a SnSe thermoelectric material, and more particularly, to a method for performing metallization on the surface of an SnSe thermoelectric material, including the steps of forming a metalizing layer on which an Ag layer and a Ti layer are sequentially stacked on the surface of the SnSe thermoelectric material. The present invention can maintain performance while reducing a contact resistance between the SnSe thermoelectric material and an electrode by metalizing with a multilayer structure including a metal layer to improve the resistance characteristic of SnSe and a metal layer to prevent the diffusion of Sn. Finally, the SnSe thermoelectric material which is not used in a thermoelectric generation module due to a resistance problem with the electrode can be applied to the thermoelectric generation module.
