A conductive single crystal silicon particle doped with at least one element selected from group 3 (III) and group 5 (V) elements obtained from a by-product generated in the process of manufacturing a silicon substrate for a solar cell; A metal thin layer coated on the surface of the conductive single crystal silicon particles; And metal nanoparticles coated on the surface of the conductive single crystal silicon particles through a simple wet process that does not require additional reduction heat treatment.
