According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer program stored in a computer readable storage medium including encoded commands is provided. The computer program, in the case of being executed by one or more processors of a computer system, makes the one or more processors perform the following operations: receiving profile information of a first user; receiving project information for a project of a second user; determining one or more first keywords for the first user from the profile information; determining one or more second keywords for the project information; calculating a matching rate between the first user and the project at least partially based on the one or more first keywords and the one or more second keywords; in the case that the matching rate between the project information and the first user is over a critical matching rate, determining that at least one portion of the project information should be transmitted to the first user and determining that at least one portion of the profile information of the first user should be transmitted to the second user; receiving feedback with respect to the project from the first user; receiving feedback with respect to the first user from the second user; and in the case that intention of the feedback with respect to the project is identical to intention of the feedback with respect to the first user, determining that a predetermined operation should be performed corresponding to the feedback. The present disclosure can efficiently match optimized talented persons with the project.
