The present invention discloses a lead-free ceramics composition represented by the composition formula of (1-x) (0.65Bi_1.05FeO_3-0.35BaTiO_3) - xBiGaO_3, wherein 0 x = 0.03. The lead-free ceramics composition according to the present invention has a high dielectric constant (about 1,712 to 2,236) and a dielectric loss value (0.05 to 0.1) at a high temperature of about 150 °C or more and an excellent temperature stability of dielectric constant and dielectric loss value. In addition, the BF-BT-BG lead-free ceramics composition has a phase transition temperature of about 470 to 522 °C, a maximum dielectric constant of 1100 at room temperature (25 °C), and a maximum dielectric constant/dielectric loss (ε_rmax/tanδ) of 69000/0.08, thereby exhibiting very excellent dielectric properties. The dielectric properties of the BF-BT-BG lead-free ceramics composition according to the present invention can be prepared by a general oxide blending method. In particular, the deterioration of the dielectric loss can be effectively prevented by performing cooling treatment including at least one of furnace cooling, air cooling, and water cooling after sintering.
