Disclosed are a system for three-axis precise positioning and real-rime data acquisition when simulating ocean acoustic wave exploration, and an operation method thereof. According to one embodiment, a marine environment elastic wave miniature system comprises: an input unit inputting position information and a movement speed of a sound source and a geophone; and a driving unit receiving the position information and the movement speed of the sound source and the geophone input from the input unit to automatically control the position of the sound source and the geophone in the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions. Accordingly, the sound source and the geophone can automatically move in the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions by the driving unit in accordance with information input to the input unit, thereby performing exploration.
