The present invention relates to a floor height-reducing workpiece parking lot and a construction method for the same. According to the present invention, a long span-structure bottom portion is installed without an intermediate pillar between pillar portions forming an outer pillar so that a parking space can be sufficiently ensured. In addition, the thickness of the bottom portion is reduced by means of an exposed steel frame upper surface exposure structure, and thus the floor height of the workpiece parking lot can be effectively reduced. Furthermore, anti-earthquake performance can be enhanced by concrete filling after pillar portion steel bar reinforcement. The workpiece parking lot includes pillar portions (200) installed at a predetermined distance from each other to form the outer pillar of the workpiece parking lot and a bottom portion (100) connecting the pillar portions (200) for car parking or movement. The bottom portion (100) includes an exposed steel frame (110) having both longitudinal end portions coupled to the pillar portion (200) by the medium of a connecting member (120), a deep deck plate (160) having both longitudinal side ends coupled to the adjacent exposed steel frame (110) and having a protruding portion (161) and a recessed portion (162) formed in a repetitive manner, and a concrete slab (170) formed on the deep deck plate (160) and having an upper surface positioned on the same line as the upper surface of the exposed steel frame (110). The thickness of the bottom portion (100) can be reduced by means of upper surface exposure of the exposed steel frame (110).
