The present invention relates to a device and a method for predicting the incidence of a norovirus infectious disease. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device and a method for predicting the incidence of a norovirus infectious disease to predict the regional incidence of a norovirus infectious disease by using past norovirus incidence history data and spatial data. By developing a spatial model capable of accurately predicting the future regional incidence of a norovirus infectious disease by utilizing a national infectious disease incidence history database together with spatial data related to a natural and social-economic environmental factor, a dangerous area for an infectious disease can be verified, and a prevention can be performed in advance.
