The present invention relates to a system for operating and managing a water pipe network using pipe network analysis. An objective of the present invention is to predict and minimize an accident range in an emergency by introduction of an operation simulation (pipe network analysis) system. To achieve the objective, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for operating and managing a water pipe network using pipe network analysis comprises: a data collection module to set a block of a pipeline based on a water pipe network map provided by a geographic information system (GIS) server, and generate a base file of pipe network analysis based on the water pipe network map and water charge, a flow, and water level and water quality information of a water distribution reservoir provided by a connection server; a model construction module to generate operating state information including water supply of a customer, stagnant water, high pressure and dispensing water, and a water quality change and accident situation information for each situation including a water leakage situation, pipe cleaning, water cutoff, and customer water supply based on the base file of pipe network analysis; a pipe network analysis module to apply the operating state information and the accident situation information for each situation to a pipe network analysis algorithm to generate pipe network analysis information including flow, pressure, and water quality information of a corresponding block, a scenario for each accident situation, and a result value; and a model correction module to apply the pipe network analysis information to a model correction algorithm to correct an existing pipe friction coefficient or a residual chlorine reduction coefficient.
