The present invention relates to a water treatment technique, and more specifically, to a pressure-controlled micro-bubble pressure floatation apparatus which produces bubbles to allow contaminants to float to separate the contaminants, a pressure floatation method using the same, and a water treatment system using the same. The pressure-controlled micro-bubble pressure floatation apparatus comprises: a floatation tank to provide an accommodation space of a fluid; a pressure chamber to receive a portion of the fluid from the floatation tank to accommodate the portion of the fluid; a compressor to compress and supply a gas to the pressure chamber; a nozzle which is arranged on the floatation tank, and sprays the fluid in which the gas is dissolved from the pressure chamber to produce bubbles; and a control unit to variably control the compressor to vary the sizes of bubbles sprayed through the nozzle. The control unit drives the compressor in a relatively high-pressure condition during a set period to spurt micro-bubbles, and drives the compressor in a relatively low-pressure condition after the set period to spurt macro-bubbles. According to the present invention, processing time spent in floatation can be shortened and operation power expenses can be reduced by inducing rapid floatation of bubble-floating material assemblies.
