Disclosed are a method for extracting Allium fistulosum oil and Allium fistulosum oil extracted by the method. The method for extracting the Allium fistulosum oil according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: washing and cold-drying Allium fistulosum; frying 50 to 70 wt% of the Allium fistulosum in 30 to 50 wt% of oil; quenching the Allium fistulosum and the oil; and filtering the oil.
