The present invention provides a device and a method, capable of conveniently checking the visual of a fashion product in terms of fashion design by measuring a material through a simple texture and deflection spectrum reflexibility measurement system and then storing a spectrum reflexibility of the material, which is color information, and gloss and texture information, which is texture information, in a database. The present invention includes: a texture information DB dividing texture information of a measured material into gloss information and texture information to store spectrum reflexibility information indicating a light reception change according to a plurality of lighting conditions having a lighting angle change; a color information DB storing spectrum reflexibility information based on color information of the material; a lighting information DB storing spectrum distribution information and the shape of lighting (parallel light, spreading light); a first color converting part synthesizing the spectrum reflexibility of the material, which is color information, with the gloss and texture information, which is texture information, based on spectrum reflexibility information about color stored in the color information DB and spectrum reflexibility information about texture stored in the texture information DB; a second color converting part synthesizing the spectrum distribution information including the type and shape of lighting stored in the lighting information DB with first synthesized data made by the first color converting part; and a simulator conducting an evaluation (simulation) using a color area and color appearance and a numerical value parameter based on second synthesized data made by the second color converting part, and then, checking whether a calculated value is proper or not.
