The present invention relates to a pneumatic pulsatile ventricular assist device with an improved backflow prevention function. The pneumatic pulsatile ventricular assist device with an improved backflow prevention function comprises: a blood bag formed into a hollow shaft between the ventricles and the aorta and formed to temporarily store blood supplied from the ventricles; a first valve which is formed on one side in the blood bag, is formed to allow blood entering from the ventricles to flow only towards the blood bag, and is empty; a second valve which is formed on the other side in the blood bag, is formed to allow blood stored in the blood bag to flow only towards the aorta, and is empty; a housing which is formed into a hollow shaft to accommodate the blood bag, and decompresses and pressurizes the interior to contract and relax the blood bag; and a connection tube formed on the outer surface of the blood bag to connect the first valve and the second valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
