The present invention relates to a seismic isolation method for a structure using a seismic isolation support installed in a cut column, which confirms a deformation rate and load generated in a column in each process step to promptly cope with a problem through a lifting jack and a flat jack when the problem occurs. According to the present invention, the seismic isolation method for a structure using a seismic isolation support installed in a cut column comprises: a deformation rate measurement gauge installation step (S1); a support reinforcement part installation step (S2); a lifting jack installation step (S4) of installing the lifting jack for lift between a support part and a reinforcement member; a column cutting step (S4) of cutting a part of a column between the support part and the reinforcement member; a flat jack installation step (S5) of installing the flat jack on the center of the upper surface of the cut column; a casing installation step (S6); a seismic installation support installation step (S7); a flat jack pressing step (S8) of pressing the flat jack (600) to correct a position; a filler injection step (S9) of injecting a filler into a casing; and a lifting jack disconnection step (S10) of disconnecting the lifting jack installed on the column after the filler (900) is cured. Accordingly, the lifting jack is disconnected, thereby completing the installation.
