Drosophila ( Drosophilasuzukii ) is a major pest that causes severe economic loss to small fruits and small peels in North America and Europe. It is important to monitor SWD early and detect it. Although SWD traps using various attractants have been used, other insects, including Drosophila, are also easily caught because they are not specific to SWD. The inventors invented a method for quickly and accurately detecting SWDs without complex equipment or expertise. The present inventors discovered that the gene Ds10_00012111, which is not found in other insects, was found in the SWD genome, and invented a LAMP analysis method by designing a primer based on the genomic DNA of the Ds10_00012111 gene. The LAMP assay of the present invention detects only SWD-derived genomic DNA and does not detect DNA of other fruit flies. The minimum amount of the genomic DNA necessary for LAMP analysis of the present invention is 0.1 pg, and the cells are cultured at 58 ° C to 62 ° C for 30 minutes.
