SNP Specific single nucleotide polymorphism marker to Larix kaempferi for discrimination of Larix olgensis var. koreana and Larix kaempferi and method using the same

The present invention relates to an SNP primer for identifying Larix kaempferi, which is specific to a psbC gene, and a method for distinguishing Larix olgensis var. koreana and Larix kaempferi using the SNP primer. More specifically, the SNP primer using the SNP of the psbC gene region of Larix kaempferi and the primer set by the combination of the primers are PCR analyzed, so that amplified products can be observed in both Larix olgensis var. koreana and Larix kaempferi and the amplified products specific to Larix kaempferi can be observed, thereby clearly distinguishing the two species. Therefore, the present invention can be effectively utilized for management of genetic resources, seed management, breeding of hybrids, and management of distribution of timber of Larix olgensis var. koreana and Larix kaempferi.
