According to an embodiment of the present invention, an immunodiagnostic cartridge comprises: a deployment pad through which a fluid moves in a first direction; and an absorbent pad in contact with the deployment pad to absorb the fluid, and allowing the fluid to move in the first direction on the deployment pad. The deployment pad includes a first region, a second region, and a third region. A sample containing the fluid and a plurality of antigens is introduced into the first region, a plurality of competitors are introduced into the second region, and the third region is a region adjacent to the absorbent pad. The third region has a test line consisting of a plurality of antibodies each binding to the plurality of antigens or the plurality of competitors which arrive at the test line after any one of the plurality of antigens reaches the test line.
