The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing a section of a reinforced concrete structure damaged in a section and a method for repairing a section of a reinforced concrete structure using the same and, more specifically, to a mortar composition for repairing a section, which not only fixes chloride ions but also forms a dense pore structure inside, thereby inhibiting the penetration of damage factors of a reinforced concrete structure; and a method using the same. According to the present invention, the mortar composition for repairing a section of a reinforced concrete structure damaged in a section and the method for repairing a section of a reinforced concrete structure using the same can prevent the corrosion of a reinforcing bar caused by chloride ions by fixing the chloride ions penetrating from the outside; suppress the neutralization of a reinforced concrete structure by preventing the penetration of carbon dioxide, sulfurous, acid gas, water, and chemical agents by the dense internal pore structure; and improve water tightness and durability.
