The present invention relates to a customer-seller centered customizing service method using consumption pattern analysis based on food order, capable of providing customized food information to a consumer by analyzing data obtained based on smart food order payment by mining big data and of expanding benefit production by promoting development and marketing of a new item and effectively managing the operation for a seller. According to the present invention, the customer-seller centered customizing service method using consumption pattern analysis based on the food order includes: a base information building step of storing and building customer personnel information and information on an affiliate who is a seller, in a center management server; an order payment information collecting step of performing order and payment by an online order payment platform or by a local area network using a consumer terminal device having an order payment engaged service application; a big data building step of transmitting order payment information formed in the order payment information collecting step to a center management server in real time and building big data by linking the information on the affiliate, the personal information, and the order payment information transmitted to the center management server; an analysis step of analyzing certain information related to the affiliate and the consumer by mining the big data based on the big data built in the big data building step; a customized information feedback step of push-alarming the relevant predetermined information based on content analyzed in the analysis step for the consumer and seller.
