The present invention relates to a system for measuring/providing living space air pollution by utilizing an active reaction LED sculpture and an electric signboard. The system easily and visually provides information on environmental conditions to ordinary citizens, kindergarten, elementary students, middle school students and high school students by installing the active reaction LED sculpture (or electric signboard) whose color changes depending on the air pollution, in citizens′ parks and the vicinity of apartment. The system comprises: an air environment information detection unit which measures air pollution and detects environmental information of provision area; an air pollution index extraction and air pollution prediction device which corrects the air environment information detected by the air environment information detection unit, extracts an integrated air environment index based on the corrected air environment information, and extracts LED color information corresponding to the extracted integrated air environment index to control air environment information display; and an air environment information display device which displays an air pollution state with an LED color according to the air environment information display control data transmitted from the air pollution index extraction and air pollution prediction device.
