The present invention relates to an individual and web-based online e-book publishing system and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an individual-based social web book publishing system which provides a web book publishing means capable of easily inserting various types of content onto a web by getting out of a simple text-based e-book and publishes a web book by easily and conveniently inserting the produced web book into social media, and a method thereof. To this end, the individual-based social web book publishing system comprises: a social web book generation server for providing a web book corresponding to a web book storage address of web book link information to a user terminal of a web book user; and a social server for transmitting web book execution request information including access information of the user terminal of the web book user and the web book link information to the social web book generation server.
