The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging scheduling system using an IoT outlet unit and an IoT circuit breaker in an apartment house, which can charge an electric vehicle based on scheduling and can pay a fee therefor. The electric vehicle charging scheduling system comprises: a plurality of outlet units (100) controlling a blocking unit; an IoT circuit breaker (500) re-calculating scheduling; a QR code (200); a smart terminal (300); a management server (400) charging an electric vehicle charging fee on each household; and a communication network (600) connecting the outlet units, the IoT circuit breaker, the smart terminal, and the management server via a network.
