The present invention relates to an integrated courier operating system which can rapidly and efficiently deliver without obtaining exclusive delivery people for every delivery agent and provide delivery status information to the delivery agents in real time, and a method thereof. The integrated courier operating system comprises: a delivery information checking part checking delivery information of delivery products supplied by the delivery agents; a delivery product classification part classifying delivery products according to predetermined classification criteria based on the checked delivery information; and a delivery product allocation part allocating the classified delivery products to delivery people.
