The present invention relates to a system for providing weather-specific promotions based on analysis of data collected in a POS device, comprising: a weather server unit collecting weather information, which is information on weather; a POS unit installed in a store and collecting sales information, which is information on sales of the store during a predetermined period; an analysis unit analyzing the correlation between the sales information and the weather information and suggesting types of promotions to be provided in the store; and a parking information collecting unit installed in a parking facility available in the store to collect parking information, which is information on a vehicle using the parking facility wherein the promotions include a discount on the parking fee. The parking information includes: first information, which is information on the number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking facility for a predetermined period; and second information, which is information on parking times of the vehicles parked in the parking facility. The analyzing unit adjusts the discount rate for the parking fee based on a weather-specific parking facility usage rate and a weather-specific parking facility congestion level obtained by analyzing the weather information, the first information, and the second information, and increases the discount rate for the parking fee when the weather-specific parking facility usage rate and the weather-specific parking facility congestion level are respectively higher than preset values. According to the present invention, effective promotions can be provided by weather, and as a result of such promotions, sales can be increased.
