The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing production temperature reduction type reformed asphalt mixture by using reactive chemical reformed additives and a reformed asphalt mixture thereof. The method includes: a step (S1) of heating straight asphalt in an oven at a 95-105°C for 55-60 minutes, and then, measuring the asphalt in a beaker; a step (S2) of putting the measured beaker in a beaker-shaped mantle heater, and then, putting the mantle heater in a stirrer, and then, stirring the asphalt at 1800-2100 rpm; a step (S3) of making a straight asphalt mixture by adding a selected reactive chemical reformed additive; and a step (S4) of stirring the manufactured asphalt mixture, and then, cooling the mixture for 2.5-3.5 hours.
